Innovate Construction was in charge of the development of this architectural project, which consisted of the design of modular type cabins in an area of 6m² (180sf).

Our purpose was to deploy three design proposals that work both individually and in a paired way for urbanism with large population masses; each with the ability to settle in different regions such as mountainous, coastal and urban. Also as a design requirement we assume the commitment to execute it with recyclable and waste elements, in order to preserve costs, materials and construction techniques.

In general, the architectural vision of the project is designed to meet the basic requirements of a small family and has the characteristics of not having structure for a rational construction system where building times or expansion are reduced.

The perspective of our team was to give it a modern appearance using straight lines in contrast to the proposed textures, articulated to provide harmonious and eclectic environments with the potential to adapt to any need.

The prototypes of these modules are being tested and developed by Innovate Construction.
