Our Architects team designed, coordinated and implemented BIM model for the construction of a commercial building located in the Sucre St. of the city of Maturin, Venezuela. Our team presented the design proposal for offices use and presented it to the client through renders showing interiors and exteriors in order to facilitate decision making by the owner, maximizing the use of the property and proposing open and modern spaces within the internal distribution.
