Design, project coordination and construction of a residential project located in Hills of the Wind, Maturin. - Monagas - Venezuela. Innovate Construction led the construction, directed coordination of design and executed work, which allowed expedite the process of execution of construction and facilitated coordination, project changes, and updates.
During the remodeling of the houses, the internal distribution was substantially modified to satisfy the client's requirements. The facade did not present changes of design by internal regulations of the urbanism.
