Innovate Construction was in charge of the expansion works, architectural design and interior design of this building in New York consisting of three apartments. All the installations of the water, drainage, gas and air conditioning network were designed, under the respective construction and safety regulations.

The interior design proposal uses an open concept with a palette of warm and soft colors that harmonize the spaces. The furniture and wood finishes complement the modern language of the rooms and common areas required by the client.
