This proposal was planned for our team, for the remodeling of a home in Miami-Florida. The owner requested the remodeling of the façade, keeping to the maximum the elements that the house had and the same request for the intervention of the patio. Our proposal satisfied the owner's demands.

The intervention of the back of the house includes a new landscaping plan between arboreal species and palm trees that brighten up the jacuzzi and study area. The meeting and barbecue areas, on the other hand, are developed under a system of wooden pergolas that welcome their users while adding aesthetics to space.
