Design, coordination and inspection of the construction of the Fontane Blu building in Pto Piritu Country, located in Anzoategui state, Venezuela.
Our Venezuelan Architect was also in charge of the construction of this unique residential complex in the area and characteristic for its beautiful curved design on displaced terraces which guarantees panoramic views towards the Caribbean Sea. The building has excellent social and entertainment areas such as swimming pool, barbecue, gardens and small playground in addition to game and party rooms.
