Design, project coordination, remodeling and/or extension for a dwelling located in Urb. Villas Morichal, Maturin - Edo. Monagas, Venezuela. Innovate Construction was in charge of the complete design of the extension and the construction of this work, directly coordinated the project and the execution of the works in the field, which allowed to streamline the process of execution of works and facilitate the changes and updates of the project.
To give a greater vision and amplitude to the house was modified the kitchen and the dining room. In addition it was added a high plant, which has; Study, living room, terrace, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, to better the quality and comfort of the internal distribution, in order to satisfy the requirements requested by the client. The facade reigned under the parameters of the internal regulations of urbanism.
